Vincent J. Cassidy
Mr. Cassidy is President and CEO and is responsible for sales, marketing, strategy and overall management for the company. Mr. Cassidy is a veteran banker with experience in the financial services industry with a background in Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, Service, Technology, Financial Analysis, Strategy and Marketing. He spent 25 years with JPMorgan Chase & Co, most recently as a Senior Vice President managing a global technology business, overseeing 500 staff, providing electronic banking services to the firm's wholesale clients. In 2000 he relocated the operations and service business to Tampa from New York, building a global service center of excellence. In 2006 he purchased a New York/New Jersey Title operation and relocated the business to Tampa, re-branding it under Majesty Title Services, LLC. Mr. Cassidy is a graduate of The SUNY at Stony Brook, and University of Virginia Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Cassidy resides in Tampa Florida with his wife, and two daughters. He is a founding Board Member of GulfShore Bank in Tampa, a Board Member of the Tampa Metropolitan YMCA and a former Board Member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He is a licensed Title Agent in 8 states.
